ReadyNAS 212 ReadyCloud Connectivity
Hi There,
Created some accounts for Readycloud for remote access into the office.
Looks like on the initial login Bind has been selected, the users cannot see the ReadyNAS 212 or share.
I would like these accounts reset or removed so the logins can be re-attempted selecting the not bind option.
This works as I created a test account with the not bind option and can see the folders.

Welcome to the Community.
Try to remove the NAS from the ReadyCloud service by leaving. It should be under the Cloud service tab of the admin page.
You can also login to the Readycloud portal.
