ReadyNAS 2120 V2 : Unable to connect to Cloud

Hello guys,

 

i am using ReadyNAS 2120 V2 with firmware 6.10.0 and i am unable to connect to the cloud service. Once i click on Cloud and enter the crendentials, i receive a msg "something is preventing the readynas from connecting to the readycloud server".

I have already Tried the following :

  1. Use a different username than the local user
  2. Change the DNS
  3. Shutdown and restart the NAS

i have the complete LOGS taken as well. Could someone please help me in fixing the issue.

Did you look on the cloud apps page of the web ui?  There should be two green checkmarks there.

On the cloud tab of the NAS -> i have only 1 Green Checkmark for Internet. I dont have service available (if that is what you are asking).

Yes, that's what I was asking.

 

Did you try toggling the service on/off?

What DNS server are you using?  Perhaps try 8.8.8.8 (google's open server).

 Yes. Tried 8.8.8.8 and also 8.8.4.4 .

Perhaps ask @JohnCM_S if he is willing to review your logs.  Don't post the logs here - instead send a download link to him using the private message facility of the forum.  There is information in the logs that should't be publicly posted.
