ReadyNAS Remote Not Acknowledging Users
I'm running a ReadyNAS 312.
The ReadyNAS Remote iPhone app works fine with my main user, and the remote Windows 7 program works fine with the primary user, but when I try use another user (my wife's account), nothing shows up.
When I login to ReadyCLOUD and check the permissions the boxes are checked the same in each account. The only difference is that my primary account has a little key icon as part of the picture.
If all of the viewable permissions boxes are checked the same, what is the best way to troubleshoot this?
I've checked out all of the available troubleshooting guides online, but they are all for older OS versions and different NAS boxes. The commands and screenshots aren't the same anymore.
