ReadyNAS online (VPN Disconnected)

ReadyNAS online (VPN Disconnected)

I am using Netgear readyNAS RN214 Model

and i am using Readycloud desktop app V1.16

We were frequently facing this VPN disconned amoung all my users

1) My internet coonectivity is good

2) Reinstalled Readuycloud app

3) Configured DNS server details

4) Disabled IPV6

 

Even though the problem is not getting solved

Welcome to the Community!

 

The leafp2p service needs to be restarted, Kindly try to turn off and turn back on the ReadyCloud service and Reboot your NAS. Also, add your Gateway address and Google Public DNS 8.8.8.8 to your DNS settings.

Thanks a lot for the input, let me check the solution.

Mean while i have question regarding leaf networks adaptor.

If it is working on VPN through Leaf network adaptor, I can't able to see any data flow in the adaptor. Even though it is connected
