Readycloud Desktop app - Can see shared folder, but clicking it does not bring up window (PC)
Hi There,
We are currently using the cloud storage website (readycloud) and are able to access the folder share no problem. However, having installed the desktop application on both Mac and PC, we are unable to access the shared folder.
On PC, the folder appears, but does not present a file explorer window. Other shares which are clicked in the NAS do produce a file explorer Window.
On Mac, in the desktop app, the NAS can be seen, but no folders are displayed.
Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome to the Community!
On portal all shares are accessible and only on the two OS you are having issues with only one share.
When accessing the shares locally from the PC and Mac can you get to it without issues? The Mac desktop client might be having issues with the connection (VPN Disconnected) message.
Have you tried toggling the ReadyCloud service on the Admin UI?
