Readycloud Shared Link - Download button not working again

Readycloud Shared Link - Download button not working again

Seems users with shared links cannot download again, all has been fine for some several months, and now users are reporting they can browse items from the shared links, but now unable to download. The download button shows but nothing happens when you click on it. Have seen some threads where there was a similar problem a few years ago. Hopefully it can be fixed again soon.

we have the same problem. seams that the problem is on side from netgear

Same issue here. Can browse and see the files/folders from multiple locations, accounts and browsers

RN3138 and RN314 clicking on Download and nothing happens. No error messages or popups

Model: RN3138|ReadyNAS 3138 Series 4- Bay (Diskless), RN31400|ReadyNAS 300 Series 4- Bay (Diskless)

You should now be able to download files from shared folders via ReadyCLOUD.

Please let us know if you're still encountering the issue.
