Readycloud migration

I upgraded my ReadyCloud to MyNetGear but my email address that was stored in ReadyCloud so I did not receive a confirmation email.

How can I correct this issue?

Welcome to the Community!

 

I just need to verify some information regarding the issue.

 

1. Are you going to use the ReadyCLOUD on the ReadyNAS Duo v2 or do you have another NAS with an OS6 firmware?

2. Are you trying to upgrade your primary ReadyCLOUD account?
