Readycloud.netgear.com just loading.....https, then http...never comes up!

I logged into my ReadyNas 214 a few hours ago, through http://readycloud.netgear.com, and created a link to share a directory area with someone else.

NOW, I can't get the readycloud.netgear.com page to come up at all when I login.  It just cycles between http and https and says loading.  I don't know if it has anything to do with creating that link or not; it shouldn't.

I've cleared cookies, I've tried another browser, I've tried another computer.

I can get to it internally just fine, in the admin page, in Finder on my Mac, and in Terminal.

I rebooted it, too.  It assigned it a new IP address.  Can still get to it internally.  Can't get to it from the URL.

I turned ReadyCloud off, and back on in the admin area locally.

Nada.  Can't get to it, no matter what I do, from the readycloud URL. 😞

I even tried, without logging in, to Set up a new readynas.  Does the same thing.   Cycles back and forth https, http, https, etc...saying loading.

Anyone else having this trouble, or have any idea what's going on?

I also inspected the HTML page with Developer Tools in Chrome (readycloud.netgear.com) to see if I could tell what was going on.  It's just cycling this stuff over and over.... 😞 Even when I'm not logged in...something's up.

This is what it says it's doing behind the scenes.  What?!Screen Shot 2020-11-22 at 8.54.04 PM.png

You have posted your message in the section of this community given over to Apps and Services. (This is easily done, given Netgear's impenetrable community structure.) Is this really a part of your issue?

If not, you might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers about your hardware, in the appropriate section for your device. That's probably here:
