RN628 Firmware 6.9.5.
IOS Readycloud Version 2.0.3 (2048) IOS OS Version 12.1.4.
I am no longer able to open any PDF files from anywhere using Apple Ipad or Iphone.
Usually after tapping on PDF file programs says it is opening file but no progress happens or I get and Error Request failed. Forbidden (403) error.
Media backup is no longer able to backup picture files. Program simply shows status as uploading but no upload happens.
I am able log in and update and view directorys but I cannot download or upload any files.
Readycloud on IOS is now broken

There was an issue regarding downloading files on ReadyCloud and it is already resolved. Have you tried opening the PDF files again?
