Welcome to the Community!

Were you able to accept the invitation sent when you added the users? Are they accessing using the portal or the Desktop app?

Please make sure they have accepted the invitations sent before logging into the Readycloud portal or app.

Toggling the ReadyCloud service on the NAS may help as well.

Firstly i have recieved complan from existing user. After that i have added and checked a few new one. Sure they accept invitation.

Thy try to access both way portal and app.

yes it was first what i have done.

Now i forced to provide FTP access to NAS as temporary solution.

I would suggest rejoining the NAS to ReadyCloud, make sure the Internet and Service has green checkmarks. Have them try a different browser if possible.

Once rejoined, kindly reinvite the users.

Try configuring one of the NAS to use a different ReadyNAS port.  Depending on your firewall, you might also need to forward that port to the NAS.
