Remote Access "You do not have permission..."

I have a RN 104 that we use at my work to store files for remote access by a few individuals.  Recently I upgraded all accounts to the My Netgear Account and upgraded the NAS to latest version (6.6 I believe).  Now I have an issue where when a REMOTE user logs into the ReadyCloud app things go normally to start with, the app initiates, finds the device, logs into the device and then shows the shares.  However, when one clicks on one of the shares one recieves the following message - "Windows cannot access \\IP Address\Share...You do not have permission to access \\IP Address\Share Name.  Contact your network administrator to request access".

This happens for all remote users except the administrator account which seems to work fine.  My attempted solution was to delete the users altogether from the NAS and then reinvite them to the shares.  This had the same outcome and did not resolve the problem.  Any ideas???

    Hello Nightraptor1475,

Can you PM me screen shot of admin page > Accounts > Users and Accounts > Cloud Users?

Please also check if you get the same problem when remote users log in to ReadyCloud portal.
