Hi!
I have a ReadyNAS 202 at home (HomeNAS) and a ReadyNAS 104 (WorkNAS) at work. Firmware 6.5.1
On my WorkNAS I get Internet Available and Services Offline on the Cloud-page.
Both boxes show up on ReadyCLOUD and I can browse all shares.
I can set up a replicate job (from HomeNAS to WorkNAS) on ReadyNAS Replicate but it fails with Unable to get local p2p address.
Are Services Offline and Unable to get local p2p address related and what can I do to fix it?
Kind Regards
Bernt

We did have an outage for the Replicate service, but also your ran into a p2p configuration upgrade issue on the RN104 that I fixed manually.

Re: Services Offline and Unable to get local p2p address.
Can you send in your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig) from each unit?
Did you just update the firmware and if so, which firmware did you update from?

Re: Services Offline and Unable to get local p2p address.
WorkNAS is a clean install from 6.5.1 and HomeNAS started of two versions back I think. Can't remember.

Re: Services Offline and Unable to get local p2p address.
It is your RN104 that's not getting a p2p address.
Here's the firmware update history for that NAS.
[2016/08/25 09:20:59] Factory default initiated by button!
[2016/08/25 09:21:11] Defaulting to X-RAID2 mode, RAID level 5
[2016/08/25 09:21:41] Factory default initiated on ReadyNASOS 6.1.9 (1409791183).
[2016/08/25 11:24:40] Updated from ReadyNASOS 6.1.9 () to 6.2.5 (ReadyNASOS).
[2016/08/25 05:56:10] Updated from ReadyNASOS 6.2.5 (ReadyNASOS) to 6.5.1 (ReadyNASOS).
The RN202 has this firmware update history:
[2015/12/07 01:11:05] Factory default initiated by RAIDar (format used disks)!
[2015/12/07 01:11:18] Defaulting to X-RAID2 mode, RAID level 1
[2015/12/07 01:11:53] Factory default initiated on ReadyNASOS 6.4.1 (ReadyNASOS).
[2015/12/07 01:11:57] Factory default initiated by Frontview!
[2016/02/11 02:52:19] Updated from ReadyNASOS 6.4.1 (ReadyNASOS) to 6.4.2 (ReadyNASOS).
[2016/05/21 12:33:48] Updated from ReadyNASOS 6.4.2 (ReadyNASOS) to 6.5.0 (ReadyNASOS).
[2016/06/23 02:26:51] Updated from ReadyNASOS 6.5.0 (ReadyNASOS) to 6.5.1 (ReadyNASOS).
I have sent you a PM.

Re: Services Offline and Unable to get local p2p address.
Hi!
Services is online and ReadyNAS Replicate works.
Thanks for the great help and support.
May I ask what was wrong?
Kind Regards
