Since upgrading to a mynetgear account I have lost my device

Since I upgraded my ready account to a mynetgear account I have lost y device.  I have tried to get it but cannot.

 

We have upgaded other accounts in or family and they work OK but mine is having problems

Are you having problems accessing your ReadyNAS in your local network or through ReadyCLOUD?
