Sync issues from onedirve to ReadyNAS 6.10.3

Hi we have a our business set up on a readyNAS 6.10.3 with bidirectional sync to onedrive. Recently when working from home using one drive we are finding that it is not syncing with the readyNAS when we have returned to work.

It is working fine the other way eg. when we work directly from the readyNAS it is syncing with onedrive

Any suggestions?

Hi WellsBDandC,

Welcome to the Community!

You can try leaving then rejoining the NAS to OneDrive and see if that helps.

You may also download the complete system logs of the NAS and then check the one-drive.log. You might find some clues there on what is causing the sync issue.

Re: Sync issues from onedirve to ReadyNAS 6.10.3

Hi JohnCM_S

We have tried leaving and returning and it will work for a day or two. Then after doing work at home and returning to the office the next day to find that the file we worked on during the night hasnt updated on the readyNAS.

Cheers

Hi WellsBDandC,

Can you download the NAS system logs then provide it to me so we can check it? You may upload it to a file-sharing site then send me the download link via private message.
