can't access shares from one specific PC
When I try to access the files on the NAS in file explorer from one of my PC's it says that it has a network error and cannot access that address. It works fine on other devices with exactly the same connection etc. What can I do about this?
Re: can't access shares from one specific PC
Can you open the Web Admin UI from that PC?
If so, what happens if you run CMD and type
net use * /delete
net use t: \\nas-ip-address\Data /user:admin nas-admin-password
using the real NAS ip address and admin password of course. Note that if you are using flexraid, you will need to use one of your volume names instead of "Data". Be careful on the typing - particularly the spaces and the two different slashes.
The first command terminates any open SMB sessions - if it prompts you to proceed, then let it. The second attempts to mount the data volume as drive letter T.
