please remove inactive volumes in order to use the disk Ready NAS 4312

hi 

 

we had issues and the nas would not allow us to  log on tothe nas with 3 different user account, We reinstalled the os and now we are back on but are getting the error message  please remove inactive volumes in order to use the disk 1,2,3,4 etc 

 

if some one can help as we need the data

Hi @dstead 

 

Can you pull the logs and send them to me please? Then I will have a look.

Go to: "System" > "Logs" > "Download Logs". This will produce a zip file containing all logs of the NAS. Please upload this zip file to Dropbox, Google Drive or similar and PM me a link where I can download the zip file. Don't post it publicly here.
