When i try to upload multiple fotos, i get this error:

[IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2038"]

The first picture is ok and then the error pop up, and then its locked.

Firmware is 6.7.4

App: 2.06

I have opdated JAVA on my PC, i've reset Readynas to factory settings, and nothing seems to do the trick!

Hope someone has a solution!

Hello DJ_Td,

I googled the error rmessage and it seems a common error on web browser, maybe you want to check as well the involved files if they are allowing any user or everyone to read them. I suggest you try another web browser and another computer.

Re: Error when uploading multiple files to "Photos 2"

I've tried now on 3 different computers, one win10 and two win7, tried with Google chrome, and explorer, and nothing works. I wonder if there is a limit to filesize or something?

Hello DJ_Td,

Can you try another set of files?

These files that you are trying to upload, are the all in the same type of file?

Re: Error when uploading multiple files to "Photos 2"

All *.JPG. I ran them thru a resize program, and scaled them to 1600x1200 and then it was ok. So i guess size matters in this question 🙂

But then i ran into a new problem, i cant share the pictures with anyone, when i try to invite by mail i just get an error:

Internal Error! Please login again and report:

Timestamp: Wed Jun 28 16:51:59 GMT+0200 2017
Method: sendEmail
FaultString: SOAP Response cannot be decoded. Raw response:
FaultCode: DecodingError
FaultDetail: null

Thank god that its not all software that is so hard to get to work.

PS: I'm able to get notifications from the NAS on mail about drives and so on.

Henrik from DK, Europe.
