PHPMyAdmin may has some dependencies including PHP.
Would be simplest to temporarily take the system online to install the apps then take it offline again.
Have a read up on apt-get repositories and you should be able to find the dependencies.
You can use the ReadyNAS OS VM to help find what the dependencies are if you want.

Re: Manual App install not working.
Have you cleared your web browser cache, closed your web browser and reopened the admin page and confirmed the app is still on the old version?
Which ReadyNAS model is this on?
Do you recall which firmware you updated from/to

Re: Manual App install not working.
Thanks for the quick response. I was running the 314 on stock firmware that came with the device at purchase last year. I am not sure what it shipped with, but I can tell you I upgraded to OS 6.2.4. I am clearing my browser cache now, and I will see if that help. When I select Upload and then browse to the .deb files I intermittently get a failure notice from the ReadyNAS log. Other times I do not get a message, but when I click install on available apps, the system tells me the apps are obsolete, or are missing. I will keep you updated.

Re: Manual App install not working.
The PHP and MySQL apps have dependencies. So if your system is not connected to the internet that would be why those apps failed to install.
If you want to keep your system disconnected from the internet you would have to download the dependencies and install those first.
You could use e.g. the ReadyNAS OS VM to find out what the dependencies are and where to download them.
