Milestone Arcus license entry

I am trying to enter the license with no success.
When I login to https://milestone.netgear.com/, with MyNETGEAR credentials, the following error appears:
"Could not open Hibernate Session for transaction; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.Generic. Could not open connection."

It does appear that you are having trouble activating the license for Milestone Arcus. I may need to seek assistance with the concern to the appropriate department since when I try it just does not load and stuck. May I ask for a screenshot of the error message you are getting for reference.
