Hi,
I have been using ReadyCloud to access the NAS drive from a remote location and it's been working fine but this morning, it says online VPN disconnected.
I have tried rebooting the PC, turned off Readycloud and on in ReadyNAS admin page. But still no luck. Please help fix this asap as we are working on deadlines. ReaadyNAS RN312, firmware 6.10.0 hotfix 2.

This issue is now resolved. This was fixed last Friday August 2, 2019.

I have 2 ReadyNas running readycloud. Both are reporting same issue. Rebooted both, updated firmware on both. Same issue. Restarted Readycloud, restarted PC. Installed ReadyCloud on a brand new fresh VM. Still same.

We apologize for the inconvenience, This has been reported already and they have logged a ticket to resolve this. We will make sure to update all users once this is resolved.
ReadyCloud Portal readycloud.netgear.com and ReadyCloud Mobile App are not affected of this issue.
