Netgear ReadyNAS NVX Volume not found
Dear All, I am getting a message that Volume scan is not available. I have lots of data in the hard drive and not sure how to recover it. PLEASE HELP. Thanks

Unfortunately data recovery is uncertain, and can be expensive.
If you are the original purchaser of the NAS, then one option is to contact paid netgear support via my.netgear.com. https://kb.netgear.com/69/ReadyNAS-Data-Recovery-Diagnostics-Scope-of-Service
There are other data recovery services out there that you could also use.
You can also connect the disks to a PC (either with USB or SATA) and use data recovery software - for example R-studio ( https://www.r-studio.com/ )
Have you downloaded the log zip file? There should be more information in there that might help you understand what happened.
