One Drive sync not (properly) working in 9.10.3, Please Help
Hi,
While using One Drive cloud sync on my RN 426 NAS, I noticed some files are missing from my original online storage.
Some folder on my 'synced' NAS storage are just empty, while they should be filled with data. Other folders are partially synced. Some are complete.
How come?
I read some older posts, status SOLVED:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Using-your-ReadyNAS-in-Business/OS6-9-1-Onedrive-Cloud-Sync-Beta-Sy...
With the solution to update the software to the at least 6.9.X beta 1, but I am allready on 6.10.3. So the issue doesn't seem to be solved. Is there any solution available? This would be really nice.
The syncing process is complete, according to the NAS (there is a green dot on the folder).
Cheers,
M.

Hi Maximonsters,
Welcome to the Community!
You may download the NAS system logs by going to System > Logs, then check the one-drive.log and see if you can find some clues there on why some files are not synced.
Regards,
