Hello projektzau,
It does appear you are having trouble installing the Plex Media Server, what error message are you getting? Can you provide screen shot of the error. For guide in Plex Installation and Setup please go here.

Re: PLEX Media Server - Netgear RN3130 - FW 6.8.0 - unable to install
Hi,
File being used is the latest Intel 64 as advised in compatibilty charts "plexmediaserver-ros6-binaries_1.8.2.4209-b1d4aa012_amd64.deb"
Also error is "Apps>Upload>File(From Local PC over LAN and Hangs then Refresh then no app"
i also found this in the logs on monday but looks to not be related
Volume: System volume root's usage is 92%. This condition should not occur under normal conditions. Contact technical support

I think it might be related. If the OS partition is too full, the install will fail.
Are you comfortable with linux shell commands?

Re: PLEX Media Server - Netgear RN3130 - FW 6.8.0 - unable to install
The OS partition on the NAS is only 4 GB. If you log into the NAS via ssh, you can see how full it is. For instance,
cd //
df . -h
btrfs fi df //

Re: PLEX Media Server - Netgear RN3130 - FW 6.8.0 - unable to install
Your OS partition is certainly full.
Paid support is one way to address this.
You can also search through the OS partition folders, and find the files that are filling it up. Here's a link that gives you one way to do that: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Using-your-ReadyNAS/RN314-FW-6-7-1-root-partition-full-how-to-fix/m...
After you locate the files, let us know what they are.
It would also be helpful if you can identify any apps you installed on the NAS.

Re: PLEX Media Server - Netgear RN3130 - FW 6.8.0 - unable to install
You might want to try 6.8.1-RC2 (beta). There is a fix related to plex.
