Perl work flow?
I'm picking up Perl at a decent rate, but I'm curious what IDE's to people prefer. I'm using TextMate for now which is fine for coding but I want to throw some Breakpoints on the ReadyNAS. Remote debugging is rarely trivial, but how is this done normally with Perl? I am familiar with Perl -d and running 'diagnostics' but ideally I want to throw a break point in a Perl scripts, and step through the code and inspect the current variables. What's the best way todo this? (I'm hoping the answer isn't 'print'ing out everything. 😄
I'm just trying to grok the ReadyNAS Alerts structure as fast as possible... I don't see any docs folder. 😄
