Re: READYNAS 104 - Unable to install koken and piwigo
Did you install the apps from the Netgear App store? If so, it's likely those apps are not compatible with OS6.6. I'm not sure what the process is for vetting apps but a number of the apps on the Netgear app store are obsolete and should be removed if the developers have not kept up with the firmware updates or have no intentions of continuing to develope them. The OS 6.6 release notes can be found here: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/31221 At the bottom of that link are two more links listing Netgear Apps and Community Apps that are not compatible. That said, neither of the apps you listed are on those lists but that doesn't imply they will work.
I'd recommend opening a case with Netgear and having them help you cleanly remove those two apps. It's their responsibility to ensure apps on their store are valid add-ons to their product.

Re: READYNAS 104 - Unable to install koken and piwigo
FYI, Super Poussin is the developer for both of those apps. He has his own thread here: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Current-NETGEAR-and-Partners/Addons-available-For-R6/td-p/842756
The first post off that thread lists his dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ie9pwk1wut72ias/p6_X2QeOIC He has a later version of Piwigo 2.8.1 that was updated 5 months ago and should work if you're interested in trying it. I'd be interested to know if it works as well. Alternatively, you could try emailing Poussin @ readynas@orange.fr and see if he has a later version. I'm sure for a small fee he be willing to port the latest/greatest version. Keep us posted either way.
