Welcome to the Community!
What Backup Job protocol are you using? Are you doing a local backup job?

Hello again
I’m using Ftp protocol, and the job is from local site (storage) to remote site ( my workstation).

So there's an FTP server in the workstation? If so, is it set to use UTF-8?
Also, if you reverse the client/server (transfering using an FTP client in the workstation, with FTP enabled as a share protocol), are you seeing the same symptom?
