Ready NAS 212

Hello, 

I Have ReadyNas 212, with Firmware 6.10.0 Hotfix 2 

When i am trying to change admin password, it gives :

" Failed to set admin account password " 

" Error in setaAminPassword"

" Code : 13002010001 "

Is there something unsual about the password you are trying to use?  Perhaps try something simpler as a test (only numbers and letters for instance - no spaces, special characters, etc).

If it still happens, then it sounds like something Netgear should take a look at.  

@JohnCM_S or @Marc_V:  Do you want to see the logs (or take a look at the system)?

There are nothing about this error in the logs.

Are you looking at the full log zip file, or are you just looking in the web ui?  There's a lot more stuff in the zip.

Also, did you try a simpler password?

Well, hopefully someone from Netgear will decide to take a look.

Though you could search through the log zip file - there should be errors in there that might give you a clue.
