Ready NAS 214 V6.10.8

Since the latest Firmware update, Time Machine Backups are no longer accessible from my two MacBooks both running different versions of os. The error message says "Backup Disk Not Available". Please can someone help?

By any chance, have you tried reconfiguring Time Machine on the ReadyNAS?

The referenced KB article (22810) does not indicate it applies to a ReadyNAS 214 system, but - perhaps more importantly - it seems to apply to a Shared Time Machine rather than to a Private Time Machine. So, it's hard to know how to 'reconfigure.'
