Ready cloud with RNDU4000 no registered device

After long time I am trying to get ReadyCLOUD working with ReadyNAS Ultra 4

Firmware RAIDiator 4.2.31.

I have down loaded new ready cloud but after I sign in it says  no registered devices. On the My Products page device is there. On admin pages there is no ready coud on device, do I need to down load something to NAS?

I had this working years ago with Ready Remote or whatever it was at the time.

Thanks!

Re: Ready cloud with RNDU4000 no registered device

ReadyCLOUD requires ReadyNAS OS 6. Whilst it is possible to run it on the Ultra 4 it is not supported by NETGEAR and does require a factory reset (wipes all data, settings, everything).

The Ultra 4 has the least powerful Intel CPU of the units that can run ReadyNAS OS 6 so you would likely get a better experience on a newer unit.
