The ReadyCloud App Version 2.0.1 (2040) installed on iPhone/iPad version 11.3.1 shows error "Network error occurred" when displaying the NAS shared folders on the SAME wireless network. It works when connected remotely (not on same network).

Re: ReadyCloud App Version 2.0.1 (2040)
Hi rblanco,
I would like to gather additional information regarding this issue. I have listed my questions below:
- If you access the NAS using the Readycloud web portal on your iPhone/iPad, are you able to access NAS share folders?
- Can you access the local admin page of the NAS on your iPhone/iPad?
- Were there any changes on your local network before you encountered that error?
- What is the current firmware of the NAS?
Regards,

Re: ReadyCloud App Version 2.0.1 (2040)
Hi John,
If you access the NAS using the Readycloud web portal on your iPhone/iPad, are you able to access NAS share folders?
Yes.
Can you access the local admin page of the NAS on your iPhone/iPad?
No. "The certificate for this server is invalid...".
Were there any changes on your local network before you encountered that error?
No.
What is the current firmware of the NAS?
6.9.3
Please make note that ReadyCLOUD app does work remotely, not on same network.
Thank you.
