Re: ReadyNAS Photos II account
Hi PierrevHeumen,
Welcome to the community!
I suggest that you reset your ReadyNAS Photos II credentials on the Management screen -> Photographer Menu tab. Once done, try logging in again.
Hope this helps!
Kind regards,

Re: ReadyNAS Photos II account
Hi PierrevHeumen,
Can you confirm if you're able to configure or create the First Photographer account? Also, check if the ReadyNAS is connecting to the internet properly. Add 8.8.8.8 in your device' network card as DNS address.
Kind regards,
BrianL

Re: ReadyNAS Photos II account
Do you still have this problem or is it resolved?
If it is not resolved:
Which model ReadyNAS is this with?
Which firmware?
Which version of the Photos II app?

Re: ReadyNAS Photos II account
Well, same problem here (also from NL) Maybe it's a GEO thingy??
It's really poor to see moderators not giving any information as to how to resolve this issue, if you can't solve it please say so! Other Netgear users might be experiencing the same issues and they come here looking for answers!
@PierrevHeumen if you were able to resolve this issue please post your findings here!!

I tryied to uninstall and reinstall again, try to restar router to conect correctly with outsite, restart the nas, factory settins on nas and install again and nothin, always the same.

Re: ReadyNAS Photos II account
I have working Ready Photos II, I upgrade my hdd to have 2x2TB, and after that, I install app at time. I found that Photos II installing first, is working good, but if I install ReadyNas Surveillance, is not working at all. As wll I tried to install the PHPMyAdmin, PHP, PHPSysInfo for Readynas, Piwigo (a newer version I found on internet), and all give and error and couldn´t install, it´s mind that some applications can´t be together working on the same readynas?, where to find what apps can be working together, and what apps no?, I will not make a factory reset, because take 6 hours to syncing the disk, but any ideas will be appreciate. Thanks
