ReadyNAS Surveillance Cannot Activate License

Guys,

 

I need to re-activate my ReadyNAS Survillence License due to relocation but it appears I can not contact any one. Could someone please help?

You should receive a notification to your E-mail regarding the reset of your licenses.

 

I already submitted it to support yesterday.

 

Please let me know if this is already resolved.

Welcome to the community!

 

Have you tried changing the NIC you are using with the ReadyNAS? 

 

If you have forgotten to deactivate the licenses upon relocation or reformat then you can contact NETGEAR Support for you to be assisted on deactivating the licenses.

This doesnt help me at all as there is no way for me to contact Support asking for the license to be reset. There is no route I can take to get help on this as there is no serial number and the product is not listed for support.
