I had an issue when whilst on firmware version 6.2.2 I tried un-installing ReadyNAS surveillance and this caused issues not letting me get into the web admin page! Luckily at the time i was still within the free support period.
The support team were able to get me access to the web admin page, but now the surveillance app shows as installed but it cannot be activated. I have rolled back to firmware 6.2.0 and tried removing it, but have had no success. So i can do nothing with it and want to try it out now.
Can anyone help me to remove it and re-install it so it can be used?
