Readycloud desktop app will not load
Trying to load the Readycloud desktop app onto a Win 10 OS laptop so I can sync files. App downloads exe file but does not load.
Ive read problems with Win 10, but no solution. Ws this ever resolved or is there a workaround?
I need to link a laptop to NAS so that relevant files are synchronized
Is ReadyShare the update solution?

Re: Readycloud desktop app will not load
Welcome to the Community!
The ReadyCloud app would be the one you have to install.
Are you getting any error message when trying to install or when running the installer? Where did you get the .exe file?

Re: Readycloud desktop app will not load
Thanks for reply Mark_V,
The exe. file was downloaded on laptop from my ReadyCloud account page, bottom left where it has the Get ReadyCLOUD App for Backup and Sync button and the NETGEAR Insight now supports ReadyNAS button. I clicked on the Get ReadyCLOUD and it downloaded the Readycloud setup installer into my download folder. When I click to open it the default "do you want to make changes to this device?" box opens, I click "yes" and it immediately flashes an infographic for a fraction of a second then nothing. No loading, nothing else happens.
