Readycloud iOS App does show question mark for pictures

Hi,

the iOS Readycloud App does not show all pictures, instead it shows for many pictures a question mark. How can I report this error or does anybody still know what is the reason for that behavior?

Cheers,

Nils

@augur

Do the photos reside on your iPhone or you're trying to access photos from the NAS? I think the reason the photo has a question mark is due to the file has not been downloaded or the file is unsupported or the file just can't preview the photo getting the default icon.

If your phone is not updated that can become a possible cause as well. I'll to have the app checked for any possible issues but I don't really think it's with the app.
