Readycloud on Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6 not connecting
Hi,
We are having issues connecting to a new ReadyNAS 214 remotely, using the ReadyCloud app as downloaded from readycloud.netgear.com.
We are connecting from a Mac - OS High Sierra 10.13.6.
ReadyNAS firmware version is 6.9.5.
The VPN appears to connect, but then fails with the message "Online (VPN Disconnected)".
Is there a known issue with High Sierra and ReadyCloud?
Have Netgear released a beta for this issue, or a patch of some sort?

Have you tried adding DNS servers to your NIC settings? Also, rebooting the NAS and toggling ReadyCloud on and off should help resolve this issue.
