Received ReadyNAS Vault Alert, No Backups Last 7 Days
Backups successful until around Mid June, then stopped working. Nothing on our side has changed.
RN514 running OS 6.5.2 (We've purposively been avoiding upgrade to 6.6/6.7 given all the stability issues associated with those releases and that those releases involved newer kernels and possible compatibility issues w/ existing plex install).
In any case, problem appears to be ReadyCloud related. We had it enabled for the last several years and it stopped connecting for some reason.
Obviously, we're concerned that backups failed w/o generating any alerts until 7 days passed and Vault sent an alert to us.

Hi @mattmarlowe,
Sorry about the confusion and any issues you have encountered.
Based on your post, we are pretty sure you are referring to a ReadyNAS Vault issue, but just want to double check that you aren't reporting a ReadyCloud issue. These are two different solutions, despite their similar sounding names.
Assuming this is a Vault issue, can you either private message us with your Vault account login (the email address associated with the account) or just open a ticket directly at support@readynasvault.com by writing in from that address. We will investigate the account and provide nexts steps for either resolving or gathering more information.
In the meantime, the first step is usually to ensure you are on the latest version of the ReadyNAS Vault software, which can be updated independently from the firmware (i.e. you don't need to update to 6.6/6.7 to get the latest version of Vault, which is 3.0.29, from here: http://www.readynasvault.com/update/).
