Sync stopped Readynas 314 Onedrive with 6.10.3
Hi,
a working combination of a Readynas 314 with Onedrive stopped working. Probably after changing password for O365. There seems to be a authentication failure now. Trying to access the directory in the admin-menu for onedrive gives the message "Failed to get root directory from server. Code 43007000035" Readynas is not full. I had changes of the password for the onedrive before without adverse effect.
Onedrive is not full. Where can I re-enter the authentication on the readynas?
Best,
Hendrik

Welcome to the Community!
You will have to toggle or leave OneDrive service on your ReadyNAS Admin page.
You can do that under the Cloud tab on the Admin page

Re: Sync stopped Readynas 314 Onedrive with 6.10.3
Thanks for getting back to me. I tried toggling. But upon toggling "on" it rendered a message about the authentication failure and not being able to read the root directory.
I don't dare to just delete the sync and set up a new one, since I don't want to have the newer files on the onedrive overwritten.
Best,
Hendrik

Ok, in case I choose to delete the connection, then reconnect it. What happens next? Does the process pick up where I left it? I don't want to risk the loss of data on either of the two drives involved.
Best,
Hendrik
