Twonky Server broken by OS 6.2

I have an RN314 running OS 6.2.1. Prior to the 6.2 update it was happily running Twonky Server 1.0.1 with a full purchased licence. However since the 6.2 update (and subsequent 6.2.1) it will no longer start. The app still appears on the installed apps page but it is turned off, and attempts to turn it back on just fail. Similarly I cannot uninstall it either...clicking the Remove link produces a popup "Removing Application. This process might take a few minutes. Please wait." but even after many hours it never uninstalls. I've even tried reinstalling version 1.0.1 on top of the current install but that fails too.

Is Twonky Server 1.0.1 compatible with OS 6.2.x? If so, how do I get my copy working again? Is there a means of manually uninstalling my current version?

Re: Twonky Server broken by OS 6.2

I have the same problem since the last update.
I went on ssh to start the twonky in the shell.
Here ist the error-text:

root@nas:/apps/twonky# /etc/init.d/twonky start
Starting /apps/twonky/bin/twonkystarter ... /apps/twonky/bin/twonkystarter: error while loading shared libraries: libpthread.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Starting twonkywebdav ... /apps/twonky/bin/twonkywebdav: error while loading shared libraries: libpthread.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Starting twonkyproxy ... root@nas:/apps/twonky# /apps/twonky/bin/twonkyproxy: error while loading shared libraries: libpthread.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I looked for the missing library and found it here:

root@nas:/lib# find . -name libpthread.so.0
./x86_64-linux-gnu/libpthread.so.0

I think there ist a problem with the lib-path in the twonky-config.
How can i change this ?

Re: Twonky Server broken by OS 6.2

the AddOn 1.0.1 seems to be older than TS 7.2.1 that was available already 2 years ago and that I use on my 314 box. Also installed it on an older Duo.

Re: Twonky Server broken by OS 6.2

So how do I go about uninstalling 1.0.1 (it won't uninstall through the web interface) and then installing 7.2.1?

Re: Twonky Server broken by OS 6.2

Further, I tried installing LMS from the app store and it said the installation failed and it doesn't show on my installed apps page. However my DLNA devices can now see a Logitech Media Server with all the expected folders, but no content in them.

Again there is no means of uninstalling this rogue app!?!
