Unable to access files

Hello Guys,

We actually have a NetGear - ReadyNas 2120 v2. In TAB iSCSI, a LUN was created and we have been able to access the shares created with protocols iSCSI successfully but recently all the files created in the iSCSI mentionned, we are able to view them but not able to open on our Windows Server.

Please extend your help.
