Where is Php Addon ?

Isn't the link to NET2FTP information etc in the link that you quoted.

Choose 'Web Tools' at the top and it's the 4th or 5th one down.

Choose the system type 'X86' or 'Sparc' etc

Which system are you using? Sparc or X86? You can get the Net2FTP Sparc add-on here.

The problem wasn't finding Net2FTP.  It was finding php (which is apparently a net2ftp dependency).
