Windows ACL permissions using Egnyte - Readynas RN51600

I have a ReadyNAS RN51600 up and running and synchronised with Egnyte. The Issue I am facing is that I am unable to set Windows ACL permissions on any of the directories - the default permissions are for the groups below (but it doesn't show what access they have)

• Everyone
• Creator Owner
• Creator Group

If I try to edit the permissions for one of these groups, it resets once I click "apply" and am unable to set any permissions.

Any ideas?
