I have customized a few app configurations on my RN 316 at work to have ssl etc. on a new port number. I would like an explanation of how the OS expects an app to be deployed as everytime the system reboots or an app is added links are lost in sites-enabled - so these are auto generated somehow. Is there documentation somewhere on how to set this up?
Also the MySQL app doesn't seem to start automatically on a reboot - is there a way to make it do so?
