current model = ReadyNAS Ultra 4 Plus [X-RAID2]

New model = ReadyNAS rackmount 2304 (RR230400)
can i migrate across by juts moving the drives or is the Ultra 4 Plus too old?
It's too old.
One option is to get new disks for the new NAS, and repurpose the Ultra as a backup.
Note the ultra can be converted to run OS 6.
