I cannot access my Dashboard but I can access all files on the NAS drive.

Hi all
I have a legacy nas but I cannot access the dashboard although I can access all the files on my network NAS. 
Tried to update firmware but keeps wanting me to access the dashboard to update. Any ideas welcome in advance.

What error or messages are you getting when trying to access the Admin page? Have you tried using a different browser?

If it's a privacy or security warning, you may want to skip or ignore it and proceed to the address as indicated on the warning.

You may also want to check RAIDar as you might be accessing a different IP or IP might have changed.

Hi thanks for the reply, I have fixed it I downloaded the Raidar_6.5.0 and it has managed to find the unit. Was not so easy to find this fix though.
