Hope someone can help. I'm trying to set my webserver on my NAS so that it will run slideshows. There's free software like GD Graphics library or Image Magic. Can anyone please advise how to get this or any other similar software/tool on the NAS so that it will run slideshows or is there an add-on that creates an image library?

You can install ImageMagick via Apt-get. I have had it running on a Drupal setup. As for slideshows, no idea I'm afraid. It is something I intend to look at, as getting support from Readynas Photos is proving extremely tiresome and fruitless.
Just search ImageMagick on these boards, and the info for that should be found.
