Minidlna Error?

Minidlna Error?

I have a ReadyNAS RND4000 running RAIDar 6.4.0 and Radiator 4.1.16.

I'm sharing my MP3s and jpgs using the minidlna (1.1.14) included with that system.  It appears that all my Roku devices and PCs can see and access mp3s and jpgs no problem.  However, when I attempt to access the all the jpg folders with my Pix-Star picture frame wirelessly, the frame hangs up and I have to back out of it's menu to start over.  If I access individual folders on the NAS from the Pix-Star there is no problem, pictures in the selected folder display properly.

I've checked the upnp-av.log on the NAS and I notice what appears to be an error:

2018/09/06 21:50:30] upnpsoap.c:757: error: UPnP SOAP response cut short, to not exceed the max response size [2097152]
[2018/09/06 21:50:30] upnpsoap.c:1308: warn: SQL error: callback requested query abort
BAD SQL: SELECT o.OBJECT_ID, o.PARENT_ID, o.REF_ID, o.DETAIL_ID, o.CLASS, d.SIZE, d.TITLE, d.DURATION, d.BITRATE, d.SAMP

Any ideas on what the problem might be?  Could it be memory related?

Hi @Hamio

Welcome to the Community!

Can you enable Readydlna debug and provide us what is happening? We may have to check further to properly assist you.

Readydlna add-on

Re: Minidlna Error?

Is there an OS 6 addon for Toggle ReadyDLNA Debug? or a SSH method for doing it

Re: Minidlna Error?

I've downloaded and installed the addon, however, I don't see a toggle on the admin pages.  Is this a command line action?

Re: Minidlna Error?

Well, I should've looked a little closer...it's already activated.  I'll capture some of the upnp-av.log file and post.  Thx.

Included is a log excerpt after installing the debug toggle.

At my PixStar digital frame, I selected local pictures and browsed to the NAS, and requested the PixStar to display all pictures in the folder.  The number of pictures in that particular folder number over 2000.  The included log is the result of the request.

From what I see in the log, the request from the PixStar is breaking a maximum size.  Is there a fix for this?  The total number of pictures on my NAS is over 16,000 and I'd like to rotate through them all.

Thanks for any suggestions.
