ReadyNAS ADS users get locked out

Not sure this is an egnyte question per se, but we're only using the ReadyNAS because of egnyte, so here goes.

After a few bad log in attempts, users may see "Access to your account on the server has been denied". I don't see anyplace to clear this in the admin interface on the NAS - should i be looking at egnyte settings?

After an indeterminate amount of time the error clears and the user is able to log back in.

Re: ReadyNAS ADS users get locked out

Hi Rich, by default, NETGEAR's system default is set to ban an IP for 10 minutes after 5 invalid login attempts. Changing the defaults would require modifying the configuration file via SSH. You should refer to NETGEAR support on proper steps to change those values.
