Trouble opening a support ticket

My Products Page.JPGI need support for my ReadyNasRN31200

 

I purchased a support contract, but when I go to open a ticket, I get asked for an activation code.  When I made a ticket about that, they closed the ticket and said my support contract was active.  I've attached picturesmessagewhenItrytoaccesssupport.JPG

There seem to be an issue that involves available contract not being activated or not showing just like the issue you have. It should be corrected soon they are now working on it now.

 

I sent you a PM so we can coordinate with Support.
