Unable to log in from only two users

I just purchased the ReadyNAS Pro and have successfully setup several accounts on the device and in ReadyNAS Remote but I'm having an issue logging in using two user accounts (but 8 others are successful). This is not an environment issue. I'm currently using a clean Windows 7 (x64) VM running on VMWare. I installed the ReadyNAS Remote client and then created a snapshop before logging in. I restore my snapshop, fire up ReadyNAS Remote, and then enter the user credentials of an account. 8 work this way but two do not.I can successfully log into https://remote.readynas.com/ from ALL account. I've verified the username and password for both accounts. I've tried removing those accounts, rebooting the ReadyNAS Pro, added them back in, and then re-added them to the ReadyNAS Remote. I can see the ReadyNAS Remote Addin and can successfully lookup those accounts and add them to the Allowed list. I'm not sure what to do next because my NAS is alive and I can successfully log in using most of the accounts.

Any suggestions?

Re: Unable to log in from only two users

Any special characters that are in the 2, and not the other 8, log in names or passwords that don't work?

Re: Unable to log in from only two users

No special characters. All users are in the format 'firstname.lastname' and all beginning passwords have the same format.

Re: Unable to log in from only two users

Are the names of the 2 non working longer than the others?

Re: Unable to log in from only two users

Nope. I have longer usernames on other successful accounts.
